Had an amazing time with friends exploring the rich history and incredible views in this cozy spot. The owners are super helpful, and the breakfasts are top-notch! Getting around was a breeze with easy bus access. I recommend taking the walking tours and visiting the National Museum of Scotland while you're here!
The only downside was I couldn't find anything to complain about during our stay, which is a rare treat.

Cozy stay with a fab breakfast
The place is super clean, and I loved the four-poster bed in our room. Breakfast was delish, especially the full Scottish – cooked perfectly! Only thing is, it can get a bit noisy at times with the traffic, but it's not a dealbreaker since it's so close to everything.

Spacious room featuring an authentic reproduction four-poster bed that adds a unique touch to the stay. Breakfast offers a build-your-own option from a diverse list, allowing guests to customize their meals and enjoy a delightful start to the day.
Some rooms, like the twin, felt cramped and may not suit those traveling with more luggage. Noise from the main road is noticeable at night, particularly in front-facing rooms, potentially disturbing light sleepers. The hotel’s distance from the city center can be misleading, requiring around 20 minutes by bus, not the 10 minutes advertised, which could affect day trips.

We stayed at this charming B&B with our four babies and loved the cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic selection including traditional Scottish fare. The lounge created a relaxing space after exploring the city's fascinating history and tunnels.
My kids wished for a more spacious common area for playing.

The stay was amazing while attending a concert in the city. The breakfast was exemplary, made fresh to order and really set us up for the day. The ambiance of the house felt cozy, and I truly appreciated how welcoming the hosts made us feel. The only downside was that the room was a bit smaller than expected for a family deluxe. it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality really stood out.

Charming interior design with thoughtfully decorated rooms delivers comfort and warmth. The well-placed breakfast menu allows for made-to-order meals that are a highlight of the stay.
Room sizes can be on the petite side. a family deluxe superior title might set unrealistic expectations. Location is farther from central attractions than some descriptions suggest, with bus rides taking around 20 minutes at peak times. Room noise from the main road can disrupt sleep, particularly for those in front-facing accommodations.
